That's why at The Confi Group, we're committed to creating opportunities for women to explore and express and enjoy themselves. Through playful dance led by experts and mind-body wellness, we provide a safe and non-judgmental environment, where any woman can feel comfortable embarking on their own journey of self-love and personal development. It’s not just about finding your tribe or like minded people, it’s about finding yourself - and enjoying the whole amazing experience while you’re at it! You might be in love with dance already, keen to strut your stuff… …or a mam looking for some ‘me’ time, laughter and respite that nourishes your body and soul. Growing up, my childhood involved living in an unhealthy and emotionally damaging environment which led to me having issues with alcohol by the age of 12. At the time I didn’t realise that my poor decisions came from a negative belief system that had ultimately convinced me that I was worthless. Thankfully, there came a point when I was at my lowest, that I asked for help which was the beginning of my transformation. I reframed my beliefs and began to discover who I truly am (worthy of every good thing) and also what I’ve always been so very capable of…setting up my own successful business! And this is only the beginning, so join me in the continuous evolution of The Confi Group for women who want to shine!
I want you to know that whatever your story - similar or completely different - your best life is waiting to be lived. All it takes is finding the right people and opportunities to kick start your own unique,exciting journey - step by step (or dance by dance!)
